Rockland District

Annual Awards and Recognition Dinner

Dinner will be Postponed Nominations Open!

Now is the time to start considering who from your Unit should be nominated. Please honor our Scouting Leaders who have unselfishly given their time and effort to our sons/daughters by attending the Rockland District Dinner.

No nominations will be accepted after March 23.  The best approach to unit nominations is by having the unit key-3 coordinate the process and submission by discussing with the unit's committee those who should be nominated.  Multiple nominations for the same person for the same award from the same unit is discouraged and does not have any bearing on the final selection.

The Awards List can be found here   Click here to submit a nomination

All nominations will be acknowledged to the submitter to confirm receipt.

Date: TBD

Location: TBD

Dinner registration will be open starting in February

Any general dinner questions, please contact Dinner Chair Sharon Masciovecchio (

Questions on the nomination form or process, please contact Awards Chair Don Schreeck (

2018 Cub-O-Ree
Sunday appeared to be a washout for many events all over the tri-state area.  From the news, activities left and right were cancelled because of those early morning rains.

BUT NOT OUR ROCKLAND DISTRICT CUB SCOUTS!!  It took a lot more than rains from the heavens to scare these Cubs away from the racing, the riding, the Scout skills, the food, the fun, and more, and the Spring Cub-O-Ree!

We would like to take this moment to recognize and thank those who made this event possible:
