• Youth Leadership College Classes are open to all youth 11-18
• Venturing Youth Classes are open to all youth age 11-21

HVC University of Scouting Degree Program: If you’re interested in a degree, the University of Scouting offers a degree program & provide Scouters a structured program in which they can advance and be rewarded with degrees and titles for each level of achievement. The atmosphere is one of fun and fellowship, but there's also an attitude of respect for the importance of the event. The University of Scouting offers Associate, Bachelor, and Master Degrees. It also offers a Certificate of Post-Graduate Studies. There is also a Doctor of Scouting (PHD) Degree. The PHD program is exclusive to Scouters within the Hudson Valley Council.
