Award Nomination Forms
All Award Nomination Forms should be turned in to Jim Duffy at a monthly round table ( no later than our May 2019 meeting ).
Every unit should make an effort to nominate their best people for these awards. Make sure you register and have the person you nominated for an award attend as well to be presented their award.
