Wilderness First Aid

Wilderness First Aid is a two-day, 18 hour class designed for trip leaders, camp counselors, and outdoor adventurers. No previous experience required. This emergency response training includes patient assessment, musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries, splinting, and a variety of other topics. It is recognized as the required training class for Philmont and other high adventure treks.

Cost: $175.00

Registration includes a copy of the Wilderness first Aid in Remote Locations Guide Book, lunch, morning and mid afternoon snacks.

Participants may stay overnight at the camp, but it is not required.

Dates and Times: Starts at 8:00 am on October 20, 2018. Ends at 4:00 pm on October 21, 2018.
