Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the fee may be refundable and will be taken into consideration for the following reasons: requiring medical attention, summer school, family emergency. Refund requests must be in writing, include proof (i.e. a letter from a school official or doctor), and be received at the Council Service Center NO LATER than the Friday before your camper's scheduled week.
