HOW do I get trained?

Training is an essential part of being a quality Scout Leader. Hudson Valley Council and the Boy Scouts of America National Council have made it easier than ever to become a Trained Leader! Many of the Position-Specific training courses are available online at my.scouting. Hudson Valley Council's Training Committee does a wonderful job offering "Classroom Sessions" for all of the required and many supplemental training courses. Click on the link below to view the upcoming training courses.

Once you have been registered in a position with the BSA, you should visit my.scouting.org If you do not have a personal profile for my.scouting.org follow the instructions below. You will likely already have an account from when you completed Youth Protection Training
